BallQ provides AI-powered video analysis and performance tracking for soccer players and coaches. The Service includes video upload capabilities, performance metrics, training recommendations, and dashboard analytics.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

BallQ offers both free and paid subscription tiers:

• FREE: Limited to 1 video upload per month with basic metrics
• STARTER ($9.99/mo): Unlimited uploads with advanced metrics
• PRO ($35/mo): Full access to all player features
• COACH_ESSENTIALS ($29.99/mo): Manage up to 30 players
• COACH_PRO ($59.99/mo): Unlimited players and advanced analytics

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel anytime through your account settings.

5. Content Ownership and Usage

You retain all ownership rights to videos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant BallQ a license to process, analyze, and store your content for the purpose of providing the Service.

BallQ uses your uploaded videos solely to:

• Perform AI analysis and generate performance metrics
• Display results in your dashboard
• Improve our AI models (anonymized data only)

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload content you don't have rights to
• Use the Service for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Upload malicious files or spam

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team at support@ballqstats.com if you experience issues with your subscription.

8. Limitation of Liability

BallQ provides analysis and metrics for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific performance improvements or results. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
